Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, Ngoc Quang

My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While I initially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and spacious villa, the service and dining quality significantly declined during my stay. The ambiance felt crowded and chaotic, detracting from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. The inconsistency in food quality, alongside a lack of communication from the staff, made it hard to enjoy my time here.

I was quite excited about staying at this resort, especially given the beautiful surroundings it advertised. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, we encountered some major issues: construction noise nearby and cleanliness concerns in the spa area dampened our experience. It's a shame because the place has potential, but I expected much better for the price I paid.
